One program, everything included.
Initial labs and consult $249$149Specific protocols are recommended by your provider based on your medical history, labs and goals. Not all patients will be prescribed all options; results vary.
These aren’t separate problems.
They are one problem with many symptoms, and that problem has a name: hormonal imbalance. The good news is that it is measurable, and it is treatable.
Bloodwork tells you which of these are hormonal — rather than guessing, or being told it is stress.
Three dead ends, and why they fail.
Traditional care runs a basic panel, tells you it came back normal, and sends you home with antidepressants and a suggestion to reduce stress. Boutique BHRT clinics charge $400–$600 a month, often on long contracts with in-office pellet insertions.
Supplements — Maca, Ashwagandha, DIM — can support hormone health, but they cannot replace hormones your body has stopped producing. Without bloodwork you are guessing.
Bioidentical, and matched to your labs.
Estrogen
Bioidentical estrogen, dosed to your panel and symptoms
Progesterone
Commonly paired for sleep, mood and cycle support
Testosterone
Often the missing marker in women’s panels — supports energy, libido and lean mass
Thyroid Support
Where full thyroid markers indicate it, treated alongside sex hormones
No boutique markup.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about hormone optimization with Apex MD.
What does it cost?+
Initial labs and consultation are $149 (regularly $249); the comprehensive panel is $299.99. Optimization plans are $199/month all-inclusive, covering labs, consults, medication and dietitian coaching.
My labs came back “normal” — why do I still feel awful?+
Most panels test total estrogen and perhaps TSH. They rarely include free testosterone, full thyroid markers or cortisol rhythm. A “normal” basic panel can easily miss what is driving your symptoms.
What is the difference between the $149 and $299.99 panels?+
The $149 panel is a focused hormone panel for targeted optimization, with your consultation included. The $299.99 comprehensive panel gives a fuller picture of your health, which your provider can take further as your plan develops.
Are the hormones bioidentical?+
Yes — bioidentical estrogen, testosterone and progesterone, prescribed to match your panel rather than a standard dose.
Do I have to go into a clinic?+
No. Everything is handled by telehealth, and medication ships to your door. There are no in-office pellet insertions.
Is coaching included?+
Yes. Registered dietitian coaching and Apex MD Health Portal access are part of the monthly plan, not a separate charge.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No. Plans are month to month with transparent pricing and unlimited provider consultations included.
